- How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can log into your mukul.net.inaccount and click the “My Orders” tab. You will find a tracking number and a clickable option “Track My Order” which will direct you to the tracking page.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Once the order has been processed, it takes usually 4-7 days for delivery
- Do you deliver out of India?
We currently only deliver within India.
- What happens if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
In case of prepaid orders, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until further instructions are given by the customer.

All purchases made at mukul.net.in will be delivered to your doorstep free of cost.

Customers are able to save their favorite products in the ‘my favorite’ section, until it runs out of stock. Sales and promotion carried out on those products will be sent as direct notifications to the customer, via email. It, however, does not mean that the product will be reserved for the customer.
