Additional guidelines for delivery:
- Estimated delivery durations, may depend upon the location of delivery. Generally, 4-7 days after the order has been processed.
- We offer free shipping.
mukul.net.in reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, without giving any reason or prior notice.
Customers are free to cancel their purchase within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. The Refund will be generated within 10 days once the cancellation is processed, through the same mode of payment.
Return & Refund

We would want to bring it to your notice that the colour, feel, texture, and look of the product you order may be different than what it ‘appears’ in the image. However, true specifications for each product are mentioned. In case, you are not satisfied with your product after receiving it or in case of a manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange the product.
mukul.net.in offers a convenient 7 day returns policy to customers. You can return or exchange whole or a part of your order, within 7 days from the date of delivery with a full refund, if the disclaimer tag is left untouched. If the tag is broken, product/s will not be accepted.
All products returned must be unused and unwashed, with the original packaging and tags in place. Returned products will be put through quality control checks, subjected but not limited to the below mentioned return requirements:
- Product to be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Disclaimer tag left untouched/ broken
- Returned with original packaging and tags
- Please make sure returned products are packaged securely to prevent damage.
Products that do not meet the prescribed requirements will be returned to the customers at their expense. No refund will be reimbursed.
A discounted product/product on sale will not be refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Gift items/free items are not applicable for return, exchange, or refund.
Customers will receive notifying emails within 72 hours from the date product is received by the seller.
- In the situation of a desired return, please contact our team within 24hrs from time of delivery.
- Our team will contact the courier company and set a reverse pick up date as per your convenience.
- Please make sure the returned package is secured packed and follows the guidelines mentioned above.

Refunds will be generated via bank transfer into their account. Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 10 days after we receive and process your return.
All refunds will be made in accordance to the payment made for that particular product at the time of purchase. If the price of a product changes the new price is not applicable at the time of refund.
